These Terms regulate the access to and use of the EntreCuentas application. By registering, the user expressly accepts these conditions.

 

2. Conditions of Use

• The user agrees to use the application in accordance with the law and these conditions.

• Any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful use that may affect the security or proper functioning of the application is prohibited.

• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide.

 

3. Account Creation and Management

• Users must be at least 14 years old to register.

• Users may modify or delete their data at any time.

• Users may request account deletion directly from the application.

 

4. User Rights

• Edit their personal data.

• Export collected information.

• Delete their account and associated personal data.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

The owner shall not be responsible for:

• Errors resulting from the user entering incorrect data.

• Expense balances or calculations based on data provided by users.

• Possible service interruptions caused by technical maintenance or incidents beyond the owner’s control.

 

6. Amendments

The owner reserves the right to modify these terms. Any modifications will be communicated within the application.

 

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish and European law.
